US Patent No. 9,233,055 B2; The Procter & Gamble Company has patented a personal care article in the form of a porous dissolvable solid structure. It is comprised of surfactant, polymeric structurant and plasticizer. The article is an open celled foam with a percent open cell of 80% to about 100% and the top comprises a concave acquisition region wherein the pores have an average diameter of 0.125-0.850mm and wherein the bottom has pores having an average diameter of 0.020-0.125mm....
